This past April, I was honored to be included as a participating artist in the Charlotte Garden Club’s Garden Tour. If you’ve never driven through the Queen St. area of Charlotte in the spring, you should really consider making a special trip. The houses and all the new vibrant colors are simply outstanding!

At the end of the day, we set up in the courtyard of the Mint Museum of Art to display our work. Ballots were handed out to vote on the people’s favorite painting. I was honored and humbled to receive the 1st place award…thank you to all who voted!
